I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff truly made my stay enjoyable with their warmth and assistance. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque. While I appreciated the clean rooms and good breakfast, I noticed the need for more amenities, like offering more than just one complimentary bottle of water for our family during the stay. Overall, it's a great choice for a memorable time in Istanbul.
My stay at the hotel was overall positive, with exceptional service from staff like Fesial, who provided amazing support during my visit. The location was perfect for exploring the main attractions of Istanbul, and the breakfast options were quite diverse. However, there were some shortcomings in the service from management, which left a bit of a negative impression. Despite this, I would return, mainly due to the great assistance from the staff.

However, when we finally managed to check in, the staff provided a warm welcome and the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions. The amenities, particularly the spa services, were a nice touch, though the overall experience was marred by the service issues we encountered.
